I have had a few visits with the Owner Tracy. She has been very informative and professional throughout the process. She has also made me very comfortable during the experience. I think she is a fantastic skin care specialist. I will go to her for years!

I had waxing services here in December of 2009. I had Tracy and she didn't have a clue what she was doing. Even told me that she had a friend show her how to do body waxing after having performed facial waxing... Not a good sign. I don't have a clue how she is at Electrolysis, but if you want your legs waxed. Don't go here. I had her wax my legs, bikini and underarm and she left me with lots of hair left. I had to tweeze extensively and my bikini area was blotchy with purple bruises because she didn't know what she was doing. Horrible experience. I have been waxed many times at reputable places and never have I looked as badly after a wax as I did going to the Body works in Hampden!
